In 2020, he graduated from Fruitland Baptist Bible College with an A.A. in Christian Ministries. Two years later (2022), he received his B.A. in Biblical Studies from Carolina University in Winston Salem.   In 2024, Pastor Duncan received his M.A in Ministry from Piedmont Divinity School in Winston Salem.
